To register an additional aircraft under your company, we will need the attached form returned to our office via mail, email, or fax.

We will then take this form to the Department of Aeronautics for registration. The tags will then be issued a couple days later and we will forward them to you.

Verify that ALL documents show the company as the purchaser. The applicant name on the form should be only the LLC. The address on the form should be: PO Box 1840, Helena, MT 59624. The total fee is $200 plus the registration fee. The Department of Aeronautics uses a prorated scale based on the type of aircraft and the age of the aircraft. You can remit payment via check or credit card.

Please note we do not handle the FAA registration on your behalf. That is something that needs to be done on your own. Please let us know if you have any questions.
